Black stonewash M390 against ceramic carbon fiber is the most intentionally covert combination in the Gecko ceramic lineup. No pearl, no satin, no warm tones — just two dark, technically precise materials that reward close inspection rather than demanding attention from across the room. The ceramic surface layer on the carbon fiber adds hardness and depth that standard carbon fiber can't match. The black stonewash on M390 adds corrosion protection and eliminates reflectivity entirely.
M390 at 60±2 HRC delivers edge retention that significantly outpaces mid-range steels. It holds a working edge through extended daily use, resists corrosion in carry conditions, and sharpens cleanly when the time comes.
